Lucas Jurek
Owner and Operator
Owner and operator, Lucas Jurek, has spent decades improving the lives of others in Williams Lake through better hearing. He is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner (RHIP), a member of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of B.C., and an affiliate member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology.
Born and raised in former Czechoslovakia, Lucas moved to Canada at age thirteen. His diverse professional background includes construction engineering technology, hearing healthcare and business management. When he’s not operating the clinic, he enjoys travelling the world, wilderness camping and canoeing exploring the beautiful B.C. backcountry. Lucas also loves helping others and frequently volunteers for mission trips helping build much-needed schools, medical clinics and churches around the world, as well as conducting seminars on living a peace and hope filled life.
Leigh Sanderson
Office Manager and Assistant
As the clinic’s office manager, assistant and receptionist, Leigh is both loved by all and indispensable. Her friendly face is the first one you’ll see when you enter the clinic. Hailing from Calgary—and with a background in office administration—she has been handling the day-to-day operations of the Williams Lake Hearing Clinic for over a decade. Away from the office, Leigh is an avid equestrian who can be found riding horses when time allows.
